What changes by industry
Same trade, different site
A licensed electrician is a licensed electrician. But the one going airside at an airport needs an ASIC, the one in the rail corridor needs an RIW card, the one at a coal mine needs an Order 43 health assessment and the one in a food plant needs to know why there is no wooden-handled tool anywhere in the building. We keep track of what each site type demands and brief our people before they arrive, so your induction day is about your site, not about the basics.

Industry FAQs
My industry is not listed. Can you still help?
Almost certainly. We also supply waste and recycling, government, engineering and aviation sites. If the work is industrial, the trades are the same ones we test every week, and we will learn your site's compliance requirements before we send anyone.
Do you handle site-specific inductions and cards?
Our own safety induction comes first, always. Site-specific inductions, RIW cards, ASICs, mine inductions and medicals are scheduled with you as part of mobilisation, and we keep the records so renewals never catch anyone out.
Can you supply to unionised and EBA sites?
Yes. Our people know how unionised and agreement sites run. Tell us about the site when you brief us and our rates and briefing will reflect it.
Do you cover regional NSW?
Yes: Newcastle and the Hunter, Wollongong and Port Kembla, and regional operations such as Cadia near Orange. Travel, accommodation and rosters are agreed in the terms before mobilisation.
