Construction labour hire in Sydney
Structural, mechanical and lifting trades for commercial, industrial and civil builds. White Cards, SWMS discipline, HRWL tickets and EBA site experience, verified before the gate.
The operating reality
Programs that do not move
Sydney is building. The airport precinct and the roads around it, distribution centres along the M7 and at Kemps Creek, commercial towers in Parramatta, industrial estates from Marsden Park to Moorebank, and the plant and process work that goes inside all of them. Every one of those programs has a steel erection date, a services rough-in date and a practical completion date that somebody has already promised.
Construction tradespeople from Smart Industrial arrive with the basics done: White Card, current High Risk Work Licences, SWMS signed, our safety induction complete and the principal contractor's requirements understood. Our clients include civil and infrastructure contractors such as Fulton Hogan, and we know how EBA sites run and brief our people accordingly.
- Structural steel: boilermakers, welders, riggers and crane operators as an erection crew.
- Mechanical services and plant: pipe fitters, fitters and electricians for industrial fit-outs.
- Leadership: supervisors, project managers and estimators with a trade behind them.

Questions
Construction labour hire FAQs
Do all your workers hold White Cards and work to SWMS?
Yes. Every construction worker we supply holds a verified White Card and has worked under safe work method statements. Our induction reinforces the rule: if the job leaves the SWMS, the job stops.
Can you supply to EBA sites?
Yes. Tell us the agreement that applies and our rates will reflect it. We know how agreement sites run and brief our people accordingly. See The Smart Standard for our Fair Work approach.
Can you put together a steel erection crew?
Yes. Boilermakers, coded welders, riggers and a crane operator, inducted together, with a leading hand or supervisor if you want one. One brief, one set of profiles, one invoice.
How quickly can you ramp up for a project?
Common trades in Sydney metro can often be mobilised within a day or two. Larger crews, specialist licences and regional sites benefit from more notice. Give us your program and we will tell you honestly what we can fill and when.
Do you supply general construction labour?
We supply skilled construction labour and ticketed trade assistants who support our trades: heights, confined space, EWP and dogging tickets, not just a White Card. We do not supply unticketed general labourers.
Can you supply estimators and project managers as well?
Yes. Trade-background supervisors, project managers and construction estimators, for tender periods, project delivery or leadership cover.
