    Add your details, your tickets and licences, and your ID and work rights (VEVO). All from your own phone.

  3. Complete your inductions and training

    Do the Smart Industrial safety inductions and training inside the app. It is the same Smart Standard we hold every worker to.

  4. Book further training

    Short a ticket, or due a refresher? Book in for further training in the app.

  5. Compliant means ready to work

    Once you are compliant you are ready to work. When a matching job goes live, you get a notification asking if you are looking for work.

How matching works.

When a client’s advert goes live, the app checks every worker in our system. A worker is notified only when all four of these line up.

  • Trade

    The advert names the trade. Only workers in that trade are asked.

  • Tickets & licences

    The advert lists what the job needs. Workers who hold those tickets are asked.

  • Location

    The advert has a site location. Workers within reach of it are asked.

  • Compliance

    Only workers who have finished their onboarding, safety inductions and training are asked.

When is the app coming?

The Smart Industrial App is coming soon. Join the waitlist and we will let you know when it is ready to download.

Is the app free for workers?

Yes. It costs a worker nothing to download the app, onboard and be notified about matching work.

Do clients have to use the app?

No. Call us on 02 7813 4761 or send a request through the site. We organise the job and send through profiles of suitable workers for your approval. Use the app when it suits you and call us when it does not.

What if I am not compliant yet?

Start in the app anyway. Onboard yourself, complete the Smart Industrial safety inductions and training, and book in for any further training you need. Once you are compliant you are ready to work, and you are notified when matching jobs go live.

How are pay rates shown?

Every job notification shows the pay rate, hours, dates, type of work and other details, set by the client. You see what the job is before you say whether you are looking for work.

Is my data safe?

We only ask for what we need to get you compliant and matched to work, and we handle it under our Privacy Policy. The waitlist form only asks for your contact details and a little about your trade or business.
