Infrastructure & utilities labour hire in Sydney & NSW

Road, rail, airport, water and energy sites run on cards, inductions and possessions. We supply trades who already hold them, or we get them there before the window opens.

The operating reality

The window opens at midnight

Infrastructure work happens when the public is not using it. Rail corridor possessions on weekend nights. Airside work between the last departure and the first arrival. Water treatment plant upgrades sequenced so the city never notices. Substation and terminal outages planned a year ahead. The tradesperson who turns up without the right card does not just miss a shift; they miss the window, and the window does not come back for a month.

Our tradespeople have worked on baggage handling system upgrades at Sydney Airport T2, and we supply electricians, pipe fitters, fitters, riggers and crane operators to water and wastewater plants, energy terminals at Kurnell and Port Botany, ports, rail and road projects across Sydney and NSW. Our clients include civil and infrastructure contractors such as Fulton Hogan.

  • Rail: RIW card holders for possessions, corridor access and station and depot plant.
  • Airports: ASIC holders for airside baggage, conveyor and terminal plant work.
  • Water and energy: pumps, blowers, dosing, switchboards, pipework and HV under network rules.

Questions

Infrastructure labour hire FAQs

Do your workers hold RIW cards for rail work?

We supply tradespeople who hold Rail Industry Worker cards with the role competencies your project needs, and we can take suitable workers through the process for longer engagements. Tell us the network and the roles when you brief us.

Can you supply airside at Sydney Airport?

Yes. Our tradespeople have worked on baggage handling upgrades at Sydney Airport T2. ASIC background checks take weeks, so for airside roles brief us as early as you can; for landside work there is no such lead time.

Do you work night possessions and weekend outages?

Yes. Possessions, outages and night shifts are the normal rhythm of infrastructure work. Night and weekend conditions are applied correctly under the applicable award.

Can you work under a Tier 1 contractor's systems?

Yes. Our workers are used to principal contractor inductions, permit systems, SWMS and daily pre-starts, and our terms, insurances and compliance documentation are ready for your procurement team.

Do you cover regional NSW infrastructure?

Yes. Newcastle and the Hunter, Wollongong and the Illawarra, and regional projects where travel and accommodation are agreed up front.

Are confined space tickets current for water assets?

We verify Confined Space and Gas Test tickets against the issuing body before a worker starts, and we track expiry dates so nobody turns up to a wet well with a lapsed ticket.
