White-collar recruitment for Sydney industry

Project managers, engineers, planners, HSEQ advisors and operations leaders for industrial and construction businesses. Temporary, contract or permanent, and assessed by people who know the work.

The roles behind the crews

Not everyone on site is on the tools

The people who keep a site running are not all on the tools. A project manager who reads a shutdown calendar, a planner who knows why the job card is wrong, an HSEQ advisor the crew actually listens to: these hires change how a site runs.

We recruit them for industrial, infrastructure and construction businesses across Sydney and NSW, on temporary, contract or permanent terms, and we assess them with people who know the work.

Why specialist

Why an industrial specialist beats a generalist agency

A generalist agency can match keywords on a CV. It cannot tell whether a planner understands why a shutdown scope freezes, or whether a project engineer has run a package on a live site with a delegate watching.

  • Technical depth, tested by people who have worked in the field.
  • Shutdown calendars, program pressure and site culture understood before the brief is finished.
  • One team for trades and professionals, held to one standard.

Every shortlist comes with written assessment notes, so you can see what we tested, what we saw and where the risks are. The Smart Standard

Assessment

How we assess professionals

Every candidate goes through the same four steps before you see a CV.

01

Technical interview

Run by someone who knows the role, probing real decisions rather than definitions.

02

Psychometric & personality profile

So the person fits the team and the site, not just the position description.

03

Reference & qualification checks

References called and qualifications verified against the source.

04

VEVO & police checks

Work rights and a National Police Check, arranged and verified in-house.

Engagement options

Temporary, contract or permanent

Send us a position description or a few lines on the role. We confirm the details by phone, agree the terms and come back with assessed profiles.

01

Temporary

Cover for leave, peak periods and shutdown planning, on terms agreed up front.

02

Contract

Fixed-term engagements for a project or program, with a clear end date and options to extend.

Permanent searches run on three models: contingent (pay only on placement), exclusive (one agency for an agreed period) or retained (part of the fee up front for a dedicated search). Compare the three ways to engage us.

Questions

White-collar recruitment FAQs

Do you recruit professionals as well as tradespeople?

Yes. Project managers and engineers, supervisors, estimators and schedulers, HSEQ advisors, planners, procurement and contracts administrators, operations managers and admin and finance support, on temporary, contract or permanent terms.

How are white-collar candidates assessed?

Every candidate gets a technical interview, psychometric and personality profiling, reference and qualification checks, and VEVO and police checks. The technical interview is run by someone who knows the role.

Can you fill a role during a shutdown or project ramp-up?

Tell us the window and we will say honestly what we can fill. Temporary and contract cover suits peak periods, and we run a custom search when the role is permanent.

Can a temporary or contract hire become permanent?

Yes. Conversion terms are agreed up front, so you can see someone working on your site before you make an offer.

Do you only work with industrial businesses?

Our focus is industrial, infrastructure and construction businesses in Sydney and NSW, because that is where our technical assessment and site knowledge are strongest. For permanent roles in other parts of the business, see permanent recruitment.

How do I brief you on a role?

Use the request form: paste the brief or upload a position description. A recruiter will call you to confirm the details.
