Food & beverage labour hire in Sydney

Trades for the plants that fill, pack and ship what Sydney eats and drinks. People who know why the tool has no wooden handle, why the lubricant is food-grade and why the line cannot wait for Monday.

The operating reality

Maintenance between the CIP cycles

Food and beverage plants across Western Sydney, from Smithfield and Wetherill Park to Eastern Creek, Minto and Erskine Park, run close to around the clock. The maintenance window is the gap between the last run and the clean-in-place cycle, or the weekend changeover, or the two hours a filler is down for a format change. Anything a tradesperson brings into the production zone can end up in the product, so tool control, swarf management, hygiene zoning and allergen rules are not paperwork; they are the job.

Our clients include FMCG and retail names such as Coles and Nudie, and we supply electricians, fitters, pipe fitters and trade assistants who have worked in high-care and low-care zones, washdown areas and packaging halls. They arrive knowing the basics of GMP, and we brief them on your site's specific rules before their first production run.

  • Packaging and filling lines: fillers, cappers, labellers, case packers, palletisers and conveyors.
  • Process plant: pumps, heat exchangers, CIP systems, stainless pipework and dosing.
  • Utilities: compressed air, refrigeration support, steam and the electrical infrastructure behind it all.

Questions

Food & beverage labour hire FAQs

Do your tradespeople understand GMP and hygiene zoning?

Yes. We supply trades with food and beverage plant experience and brief every worker on GMP basics, zoning, tool control and allergen rules before they start. Your site and QA induction then covers the specifics of your plant.

Can they work around production rather than stopping it?

That is the normal rhythm. Nights, weekends, CIP windows and format changes are when most of the work happens, and our workers plan their tasks around the line, not the other way around.

Do you supply stainless and sanitary welders?

Yes. TIG welders experienced in purged stainless, crevice-free joints and polished finishes for product-contact pipework and equipment. See our welders and pipe fitters pages.

How do you handle tool control and foreign-body risk?

Our workers are used to tool registers, counted fasteners, swarf capture and glass and brittle plastic policies. If your plant runs a specific tool-control system, tell us and we will brief them on it before day one.

Can we keep the same tradespeople on our plant?

Wherever possible, yes. A fitter who knows your filler is worth more every week they return. Tell us who worked well and we will prioritise them, and temp-to-perm is available if you want to make it permanent.
