Fit-outs
Crews for tenancy fit-outs where the program is tight and handover dates are fixed.
Commercial trades · Sydney CBD to Western Sydney
Licensed, ticketed trades for fit-outs, base builds and building services. Electricians, HVAC and fire technicians, plumbers, sprinkler fitters and carpenters, tested before they reach your site.
The work
Commercial sites run on programs and handovers. A fit-out floor in the CBD, a base build at Parramatta, a plant room at Macquarie Park, a services upgrade near the airport: each needs the right trade on the right day, with the right ticket in their pocket and no learning curve on your time.
We supply Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, fit-out contractors, facilities managers and building services firms with commercial electricians, mechanical services, fire and hydraulic trades, carpenters and facilities maintenance electricians, on whatever pattern your program needs.
Every worker is safety-inducted by Smart Industrial before they step on your site, and arrives with their tickets and paperwork ready for your induction, so day one starts on the tools.
Roles & tickets
White Card as standard. Licences and the other tickets are matched to your scope and checked before anyone starts.
The Smart Standard
Commercial trades are tested on the work in your scope, by someone from that trade. An electrician isolates, tests for dead, fault-finds a circuit and reads a switchboard schedule. An HVAC technician talks through commissioning, controls and refrigerant handling. A carpenter sets out and installs to a drawing.
Checked with the issuing body before anyone is put forward.
Set by someone from the trade, to your scope.
Read a drawing or schedule and explain the compliance paperwork.
VEVO, National Police Check, medical, psychometric profile and our safety induction.

Where the job involves refrigerant, yes. We confirm the refrigerant handling licence before the technician is put forward.
